PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (JKSE:SRTG), PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (JKSE:MPMX), and Golden Valley Advisors Inc. signed an agreement to acquire 51% stake in PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (JKSE:TAXI) from PT Rajawali Corporation on April 17, 2015. PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya will acquire 1.09 billion shares of PT Express Transindo Utama. Based on the agreement, the terms and conditions including price of the acquisition are under negotiation.
PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (JKSE:SRTG), PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Tbk (JKSE:MPMX), and Golden Valley Advisors Inc. signed a conditional agreement to acquire 51% stake in PT Express Transindo Utama Tbk (JKSE:TAXI) from PT Rajawali Corporation on July 6, 2015. The completion of the transaction is expected to be completed within 90 days however it is subject to the fulfillment of the conditions precedent by the parties.
