Pohjois-Karjalan Kirjapaino Oyj (HLSE:PKK1V) acquired Erweko Oy from Kaleva Oy for €0.3 million on September 21, 2018. Erweko had sales of €10.1 million and operating profit €0.1 million in 2017. Pohjois-Karjalan Kirjapaino Oyj expects the synergy benefits to start to materialise toward the end of 2019. Pohjois-Karjalan Kirjapaino Oyj (HLSE:PKK1V) completed the acquisition of Erweko Oy from Kaleva Oy on September 21, 2018.
