WETTENBERG (dpa-AFX) - Technology company PVA Tepla is making its chief financial officer Jalin Ketter spokeswoman for the board. As of July, the manager will succeed current CEO Manfred Bender, the SDax-listed company announced on Tuesday evening after the stock market closed. Bender's contract would have expired a few months later anyway. He is leaving for personal reasons on "best terms," it said. Ketter joined the company in 2015 and has been on the board since mid-2020. She has already played a key role in shaping the company's course and driving forward its modernization, said Supervisory Board Chairman Alexander von Witzleben. The share price was recently around two percent below the Xetra close on the Tradegate trading platform in the after-hours trading hours./men/stw
