On October 21, 2021, Jupiter Intelligence, Inc. closed the transaction. The transaction included participation from new investor Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, existing investors, Data Collective, Energize Ventures LLC, Ignition Partners, Liberty Mutual Holding Company Inc., QBE Insurance Group Limited, SYSTEMIQ Ltd, Dara Holdings, individual investors, David Baran, Roger Orf, Bobby Mehta, Allan Thygesen, Jack Oliver, the families of the founders of PanAm, Standard Oil, and U.S. military aviation. The company issued $53,824,924 pursuant to exemption provided under Regulation D. The transaction included participation from total 37 investors.
