Qingdao Yiqing Biotechnology Co., Ltd. announced that it has entered into a Capital Increase and Share Expansion Agreement to receive CNY 100.45 million in an equity round of funding on August 25, 2022. The transaction will include participation from Baotou Dongbao Bio-Tech Co.,Ltd for CNY 60.27 million; Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 40.018 million to increase its stake from 32% to 33.36% and Qingdao Deyu Biological Investment Partnership (limited partnership). The transaction has been approved by the thirteenth meeting of the fourth board of directors and 11th meeting of the 4th Supervisory Committee of Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd. The transaction is still subject to approval from Qingdao Gon Technology Co., Ltd.'s board of directors.
The transaction has been approved at the 6th meeting of the 8th board of directors and the 6th meeting of the 8th board of supervisors of Baotou Dongbao Bio-Tech Co.,Ltd.
