HDI Seguros S.A. announced a private placement of 7,019,235 common shares at PEN 0.26 per share for gross proceeds of PEN 1,825,001.1 on January 29, 2016. The transaction included participation from Inversiones HDI Limitada and other existing investors. The shares issued have a nominal value of PEN 1 per share.

The company's capital increased to PEN 32,064,756. The transaction was approved by the universal board of the company.
