Quality Concrete Holdings Berhad is a Malaysia-based investment holding company engaged in the provision of management services. The Company operates through five segments: property development and construction, manufacturing, trading, quarry operations, and investment and management services. The property development, construction, and road maintenance segment are engaged in the sale of properties, construction, and road maintenance. The manufacturing segment is engaged in manufacture and sale of ready-mixed concrete, concrete products, polyethylene pipes, woven polypropylene bags and polyethylene liners, sawmilling and manufacture of downstream timber products. The trading segment is engaged in general trading. The quarry operations segment is engaged in extracting and sale of aggregates. The investment and management services segment is engaged in investment holding and advisory. It develops commercial and residential properties and infrastructure projects in Sarawak.
