Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire North Claim Located in Houston, British Columbia from Shawn Merkley for CAD 0.03 million.

Quartz Mountain Resources Ltd. (TSXV:QZM) entered into an agreement to acquire North Claim Located in Houston, British Columbia from Shawn Merkley for CAD 0.03 million on March 19, 2024. As part of consideration, Quartz Mountain Resources will pay CAD 0.024 million and will issue 45000 common shares. The cash and common shares will be paid in three equal installments (CAD 8,000 and 15,000 common shares) over two years with the first installment due upon closing.

The transaction is subject to customary TSX Venture Exchange acceptance and closing conditions.
