Quds Bank (PLSE:QUDS) entered into an agreement to acquire branches in Palestine from Jordan Kuwait Bank (ASE:JOKB) on June 28, 2018. As part part of consideration, Jordon Kuwait Bank will acquire 10% of Quds Bank's capital. As of July 26, 2018, shareholders of Quds Bank approved the transaction.
Sanad Capital in collaboration PricewaterhouseCoopers provided financial and technical advice to Quds Bank and Jordan Kuwait Bank.
