QUICK Co., Ltd. (TSE:4318) signed a basic agreement to acquire Centre People Appointments Limited from Japan Centre Group Limited, Tadaharu Iizuka, Jane Harari and Takako Yoshihara on May 17, 2017. QUICK Co., Ltd. signed a shares transfer agreement to acquire Centre People Appointments Limited from Japan Centre Group Limited, Tadaharu Iizuka, Jane Harari and Takako Yoshihara on August 30, 2017. In first round of acquisition, 76,877 shares of Center People Appointments will be acquired and in second round of acquisition 18,623 shares of Center People Appointments will be acquired.
For the fiscal year ended December 2016, Centre People Appointments Limited had net assets of £0.24 million, total assets of £0.69 million, sales of £2.7 million, operating income of £0.28 million and net income of £0.23 million. The Board of QUICK Co., Ltd. resolved the acquisition on May 17, 2017. The acquisition will take place in two stages with the first one taking place in July 2017 and the final stage in July 2018. The first acquisition will be on August 31, 2017 and the second acquisition will be as of August, 2018.
