Announcement of RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. about receiving subsidy

RÁBA Automotive Holding Plc. hereby informs the par ticipants of the capital market as follows.

The largest member company of the Rába Group, Rába Axle Ltd., applied successfully for the Factory Rescue Program and received a non-refundable subsidy of HUF 5,370,054,000 for energy efficiency and renewable energy investments.

The subsidy received within the Program provides an opportunity for the Company to install a solar park and increase the energy efficiency of the production halls within the framework of the Rába Modernization Program 2025. The solar park to be implemented with the support of the Factory Rescue Program aims at energy costs reduction and sustainability by providing a significant amount of green energy sources for the manufacturing activity. The next step in energy efficiency modernization will be the renewal of the roof and side walls of the halls. After the roof moderniza- tion, the roof becomes suitable for receiving solar panels.
