In continuance of our earlier Intimation dated 1st September 2022, the record date under Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has been fixed 15th September 2022, the same has been revised and the new Revised
Record Date will be Wednesday September 14, 2022 for the payment of Interim Dividend,
if any, declared by the Board.
