Subject: Curriculum vitae of new Board member [Current Report No. 10/2021]

As a supplement to Current Report No. 8/2021 of January 22nd 2021, the Management Board of RAFAKO S.A. w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring) ("RAFAKO", the "Company") announces information on Mr Maciej Stańczuk, delegated by the Supervisory Board to temporarily perform the duties of Member of the Management Board.

Maciej Stańczuk is an experienced manager who has held managerial and consulting positions on the Polish and foreign markets. He is a co-author of banking strategies for conventional and renewable energy projects, and an expert in energy project financing.

He graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Trade at the Higher School of Planning and Statistics in Warsaw (now the Warsaw School of Economics). He also studied international economic relations at the Mannheim University and completed the AMP (management programme) at IESE in Barcelona.

He started his professional career in the 1990s at Polski Bank Rozwoju in Warsaw, where he ultimately served as the Management Board Member responsible for risk.

From 1993 to 2010, he worked for WestLB Bank Polska, as a Member and then President of the Management Board.

In 2010−2013, he was President of the Management Board of Polski Bank Przedsiębiorczości. Then, in 2014−2015, he held the position of President of the Management Board of Polimex- Mostostal.

During his professional career, Mr Stańczuk has served on a number of supervisory boards, including the PBG Supervisory Board (from 2016). In November 2019, he was delegated by the Supervisory Board to the Management Board of PBG w restrukturyzacji (in restructuring), and in February 2020 he was appointed Vice President of the Management Board.

He has been an economic adviser to Konfederacja Lewiatan since 2017 and before that he served as Vice President and Chief Economist of Pracodawcy RP for many years.

Mr Maciej Stańczuk:

1. is not engaged in any activity competing with the business of RAFAKO S.A.;
2. is not a partner in any partnership under civil law or another type of partnership, or a member of a governing body of an incorporated company or a member of a governing body of any other legal entity competing with RAFAKO S.A.;
3. is not entered in the Register of Insolvent Debtors maintained pursuant to the Act on the National Court Register.

Par. 5.5 and Par. 10 of the Minister of Finance's Regulation on current and periodic information to be published by issuers of securities and conditions for recognition as equivalent of information whose disclosure is required under the laws of a non-member state, dated March 29th 2018 (Dz.U. of 2018, item 757, as amended).
