Clarification - Notice of Meeting - "Ex Return of Capital" Trading Date
On 21 January 2015, Raffles Capital Limited (ASX: RAF) (Raffles) released a
Notice of General Meeting (NOM) for a meeting of shareholders to be held on
27 February 2015 at 10:00 am.
On page 23 at section 5.12, the NOM incorrectly stated the date that Shares would trade on an "ex return of capital" basis. The correct date is 3 March
2015.
The NOM is amended and clause 5.12 is restated:

Shares will trade on an "ex return of capital" basis on 3 March 2015, which is the second business day after the meeting of the Shareholders has approved the return of capital.
