Raimon Land Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to notify that Siam Spoon Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of the Company, sold the investment in Baan Ying Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), a subsidiary of the Company in Singapore, details as follows:

Details of the asset being sold:

Ordinary shares of Baan Ying Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)

(Paid-up capital 2,160,000 Singapore Dollar consisting of 2,160,000 ordinary shares Par value of 1 Singapore Dollar per share)

The number of shares being sold:

1,101,600 shares (Such the whole number of shares was held by Siam Spoon Co., Ltd, accounted for 51% of paid-up capital of Baan Ying Pte. Ltd. (Singapore))

Counterparty:

Seller: Siam Spoon Co., Ltd

Buyer: Mr. Hui Yin Rong

Relationship between the Company/Subsidiary and buyer:

None

Value of shares being sold:

1 Singapore Dollar

Method for determining the value to be exchanged:

As agreed to by both parties

This transaction is not classified as either as a connected transaction and transaction size is not considered as a material disposal of assets according to the rules and regulations under the Notification of Capital Market Supervisory Commission No.Tor Chor 20/2551 Re: Rules on Entering into Material Transactions Deemed as Acquisition or Disposal of Assets and the Notification of the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) Re: Disclosure of Information concerning the acquisition and Disposition of Assets of Listed Companies B.E.2547.

However, such transaction is the transaction on disposition of investment which causes Baan Ying Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) to no longer be the Company's subsidiary, the Company has to disclose information to the Stock Exchange of Thailand regarding to Rules, Conditions and Procedures of Information disclosure and Practice of Listed Company.
