Raslag Corp. is a Philippines-based domestic renewable energy developer. The Company develops, owns and operates utility-scale solar power plants and supplies electricity generated from its plants to the Philippine national grid and other customers. The Company has three operational power plants: RASLAG-1, RASLAG-2 and RASLAG 3. RASLAG-1 and RASLAG-2 operates under the feed-in tariff scheme of the government. RASLAG-3 is a merchant plant in the wholesale electricity spot market. RASLAG-1 power plant has a capacity of approximately 10.046-megawatt peak (MWp), which is located at Suclaban, Mexico, Pampanga. RASLAG-2 power plant has a capacity of approximately 13.141 MWp, which is located at Suclaban & Gandus, Mexico, Pampanga. RASLAG-3 power plant has a capacity of approximately 18.011 MWp, which is located at Bical, Mabalacat/San Jose, Magalang, Pampanga. It plans to develop RASLAG-4 located at San Pablo, Magalang, Pampanga and RASLAG-5 power plant located at Saba, Hermosa, Bataan.
