RCS MediaGroup: Filing of documentation

Milano, 17 April 2024 - RCS MediaGroup S.p.A. informs that, with regard to the Shareholders' meeting convened for 8 may 2024, the following documentation has been filed and made available at the Company's registered office in Milan, Via Angelo Rizzoli n. 8 and published on the Company's website www.rcsmediagroup.it (Section Governance/Shareholders' Meeting 2024):

• the Annual Financial Report at 31 December 2023, ESEF and pdf format, (including the draft of Annual Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement at 31 December 2023 with the related Directors' Report on operations and the required Statements, the Report of the Independent Auditors and the Report of the Board of the Statutory Auditors);
• the Consolidated Non-Financial-Report 2023.
• the Report on Corporate Governance and Ownership Structures;
• the Report on remuneration policy and compensation paid, drafted pursuant to Article 123-ter of the Legislative Decree n. 58
• the Board of Directors'report on the authorization to purchase and dispose of treasury shares, drafted pursuant to Article 73 of the Regulation adopted by Consob resolution No. 11971/99, to be discussed as item no. 4 of the Agenda ordinary session;
• the Board of Directors'report on the Bylaws' amendments, to be discussed as item no. 1 of the Agenda extraordinary session.

The above mentioned documentation is also available on Borsa Italiana S.p.A. web site (www.borsaitaliana.it) and on authorized storage SDIR & STORAGE web site (www.emarketstorage.com).

Within the due terms, the documentation referred to in Article 77, paragraph 2-bis of Consob Regulation no. 11971/99 ("Issuers Regulation") will be available to the public at the registered office of the Company.
