Reach Messaging Holdings, Inc., formerly FormulaWon, Inc., helps companies and other brands to extend their brands through customized mobile applications and Bots used on instant messaging (IM) platforms. The Company and its wholly owned subsidiary Reach Messaging, Inc. (Reach Messaging) was formed to assist publishers and advertisers reaching the millions through the Internet and mobile instant messaging platforms. Principal products and services include Mall Buddy, Celebrity Apps and Interactive Ad Curtain. Mall Buddy includes 10 retail apps in the iTunes Store, including Reston Town Center, Leesburg Premium Outlets, Dulles Town Center, King of Prussia and Tysons Galleria. These apps have seen over 50,000 downloads. It develops a variety of apps for social media platforms, including Facebook and all of the mobile devices, such as the iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Digital Signage. On February 3, 2011, it was acquired by FormulaWon, Inc. in a reverse merger.
