Over the past year, we have organized a whole host of activities to connect our stakeholders and put people first in ICT. We went on tour with a barista coffee bar so we could get to know our customers more casually. Our Röllercøster is a hit at all the job fairs and we are teaching our employees' children how to build their own games and develop their skills using Excel, Word and PowerPoint from an early age. Soon, we will meet with our ICT experts, scientists and customers in order to exchange thoughts on technological, social and economic challenges, co-creation and how to be stronger together.

On October 5th, though, we took a moment to reflect with our people and to celebrate. During the 'We R Realdolmen After Work Party' we raised our glasses to celebrate the 1 year anniversary of our renewed, vibrant organization in which everyone is unique and #RProud of everything we do. Where collaboration is based on trust. As we enjoyed good food and drinks together, we looked back on a number of successful achievements for and by our people and looked ahead to what is to come. Because we just keep moving forward: change is the only constant these days.

We will focus even more on innovation, one of our six core values. Various employees have already demonstrated some strong examples of innovation, take the Röllercøster , our Tomorrow on Wheels and the collaboration with Odisee College. It is also why we are launching our own version of the 'Dragon's Den' program which will include top coaches prepared to help shape our colleagues' innovative business ideas over the coming months. Ideas with which we want to help your business and the businesses of all our customers grow.

In addition to innovation, we will also focus further on Employee Centricity. We believe in the strength of our employees. We believe that in the fast-paced technological evolution, people make the difference by offering our customers craftsmanship and a unique experience. That is why we focus heavily on existing and new initiatives that put our employees first.

Such new initiatives include, for example, the launch of an online ambassadors program. A web platform that helps our people spread compelling messages easily via social media. With this platform, we make it easy for committed employees to routinely pass on compelling content or interesting job vacancies to you. Small seeds of inspiration or great opportunities that spread out on a social wind. Sharing is caring and this way, we utilize the strengths of our own employees to help you realize your company's full potential.
