RESULTS OF REDBANK ENERGY LIMITED GENERAL MEETING HELD TODAYRedbank Energy Limited (ASX: AEJ) announces the result of voting on the resolution put to its General Meeting of shareholders today, 26 July 2013, as outlined below.
Resolution 1: Appointment of Director
That, Mr Matthew Bartley, having consented to act, be elected a Director of
Redbank Energy Limited with effect from the close of this meeting.
Votes which were cast in person or by proxy on a poll in favour | 178,979 | 33.05% |
Votes which were cast in person or by proxy on a poll against | 362,550 | 66.95% |
TOTAL AVAILABLE VOTES | 541,529 |
*There were 504 proxy votes which were directed to abstain from voting.
