Correction Announcement: PDMR Share Dealing

On Friday 26 April 2019, the Company advised that Mike Watters, the CEO of RDI, had acquired a total of 28,550 ordinary shares in the Company:-

· 16,000 ordinary shares in the Company were acquired on 25 April 2019; and

· 12,550 ordinary shares in the Company were acquired on 26 April 2019.

Please be advised that the acquisition on 26 April 2019 was for 4,185 ordinary shares only, and therefore the total shares acquired by Mike Watters was 20,185 ordinary shares in the Company.
