Hannans Ltd - DATE OF AGM AND CLOSING DATE FOR DIRECTOR NOMINATION

Hannans Ltd (ASX: HNR) (Hannans or the Company) advises Shareholder that its Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Tuesday, 29 November 2022 at 2:00pm (WST) on the Ground Floor of 197 St Georges Terrace, Perth in Western Australia.

One item of business at the AGM will be the election of directors. Nominations for the election of new Directors need to be received no later than 5:00pm (WST) on Friday, 28 October 2022 at Hannans' registered office or via email to [e-mail] for them to be considered at the AGM.
