Renewable Japan Energy Infrastructure Fund,Inc. (TSE:9283) signed an agreement to acquire S-09 Hon-cho, Hokuto-shi solar power plant, S-12 Shiraki-cho, Kameyama-shi solar power plant, S-13 Sumiyoshi-cho, Suzuka-shi A?B solar power plant, S-15 Tamomi-cho, Toyota-shi solar power plant from Tokyu Land Corporation for approximately ¥2.2 billion on January 22, 2018. Renewable Japan Energy Infrastructure Fund,Inc. will acquire S-09 Hon-cho, Hokuto-shi solar power plant for ¥469 million, S-12 Shiraki-cho, Kameyama-shi solar power plant for ¥570 million, S-13 Sumiyoshi-cho, Suzuka-shi A?B solar power plant for ¥596 million, and S-15 Tamomi-cho, Toyota-shi solar power plant for ¥559 million. In related deals, Renewable Japan Energy Infrastructure Fund,Inc. signed agreement to acquire five solar power plants. The consideration will be fully paid on acquisition date and will be financed from issuance of 27,470 new investment units through public offerings, 1,375 units through private placement and loans. The transaction is expected to complete on February 21, 2018.
