Thank You Terrence!

We salute Dr. Terrence Farrell.

A business development and strategy consultant and an Attorney-at-Law, Terrence Farrell joined the Board of the Republic Group in 2008 and from 2015 served as a Director for the Republic Financial Holdings Limited Group. He retires on April 30, 2023.

While serving as our Director, he creatively used his extensive expertise in business development and strategy, economics and law acquired across a diverse mix of industries including media, insurance, central banking and the public service, to our advantage.

Dr. Farrell was an active pioneer in developing the Group's governance particularly in the period following its rapid growth by acquisition. His measured wisdom has been invaluable and his pleasant and approachable personality, a breath of fresh air.

We give thanks for the years of dedication and service and the many contributions that Terrence has made during his time with us. His commitment is deeply appreciated and we are all the better for it.
