On November?3, 2021, AnnMarie Geddes, the Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of Resideo Technologies, Inc. (the ?Company?) gave notice of her intention to resign from the Company effective November?19, 2021 to pursue an opportunity outside the Company.?At such time, Anthony L. Trunzo, the Company?s Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will assume the additional position of Chief Accounting Officer.?Additional information about Mr.?Trunzo is available in the Company?s proxy statement for its 2021 annual meeting of shareholders filed with the SEC on April?23, 2021.
