Resort Solution Co., Ltd. (TSE:5261) completed the acquisition of the business operations of Nagano Golf Club in 2011.
RESOL HOLDINGS Co.,Ltd. operates hotel and golf business, CCRC business, welfare business, renewable energy business, real estate-related business and related services. The Company operates in six business segments. The Golf Operation segment operates and manages golf courses and related facilities, provides operation consulting services and sells leisure products. The Hotel Operation segment operates and manages hotel and accommodation facilities, resort facilities, and provides related consulting services. The CCRC segment promotes regional revitalization promotion projects and others.
