Announcement of Acquisition of Land for Hotel
(Adjacent to Laguna Bay Court Club)
Resorttrust, Inc. ("the Company") hereby announces that it concluded a real estate purchase contract regarding land for new business today as below.
1. Reason for the acquisition
The Company is mainly engaged in the development and operation of membership resort hotels. The property is located adjacent to the "Laguna Baycourt Club Hotel & Spa Resort," an exclusive membership resort hotel, and the Company has decided to acquire the property for the purpose of development and operation of new resort hotels and other projects as it has rich natural surroundings with a scenic view of Mikawa Bay.
2. Outline of the property acquired

2-8-1,Kaiyo-cho, Gamagori City, Aichi Prefecture
Land and buildings:
Site area：23,082.00m2; total floor area of buildings:8,919.84m2
*The property is used as "Laguna Hill" and "Laguna hot spring".
