COMPLETION OF CAPITAL REDUCTION

Resource Equipment Limited (Company) refers to the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum released on 13 March 2015 (Notice of Meeting) and advises that the Capital Reduction has now been completed. The Company advises that the shares of the Small Shareholders have been cancelled today and after today only the Continuing Shareholders hold shares in the Company.
The Company refers to its announcement of 14 April 2015 and confirms that it expects to be removed from the official list on 15 May 2015. Until such time, the securities of the Company will remain suspended from quotation.
Unless otherwise defined, all terms defined in the Notice of Meeting, have the same meaning when used in this announcement.
