Resources & Energy Group Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and development company. The Company is a gold and green metals explorer, developer, and producer, with projects in Western Australia and Queensland. Its projects include the Mackenzie project and the East Menzies project. The East Menzies Gold Project is located approximately 130 kilometers (kms) north of Kalgoorlie, with a collective surface area of 103 square kilometers (km2) and consists of over 50 tenements, a mixture of mining leases, mining lease applications, prospecting leases, and prospecting lease applications. The East Menzies Goldfield project area includes Gigante Grande, Maranoa, Granny Venn North and Oliver Twist Gold prospects and the Springfield Gold and Nickel prospect. The Mount Mackenzie mine site is located 150 kms northwest of Rockhampton, Queensland. The Company also owns two parcels of land within the granted mining development license (MDL2008).
