Rex Trueform Group Limited entered in to an agreement to acquire ERF 176024 Cape Town situated at 5 Fitzmaurice Avenue from Spear Reit Limited for ZAR 85 million.

Rex Trueform Group Limited (JSE:RTN) entered in to an agreement to acquire ERF 176024 Cape Town situated at 5 Fitzmaurice Avenue from Spear Reit Limited (JSE:SEA) for ZAR 85 million on July 20, 2022. ZAR 20 million is funded by Rex Trueform; and ZAR 65 million is to be funded by way of a loan from a bank against security of the registration of a first mortgage bond over the Property.
