A group of individuals made an offer to acquire remaining 46.73% stake in Rexit Berhad (KLSE:REXIT) for MYR 68.8 million on January 17, 2024. Dato' Seow, Kong Chien Ho, Leow Kian Yong, Chan Chau Loong, Chung Ching Chi, Chong Yoke Siang, Chong Siew Yoong and Chung Yoke Seng shall pay MYR 0.85 per share in cash as consideration. UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd acted as financial advisor for the acquirers.
