Rhythm Co.,Ltd. provided consolidated earnings guidance for the six months ending September 30, 2023 and year ending March 31, 2024. For the six months ending September 30, 2023, the company expects net sales of JPY 15,000 million, operating profit of JPY 350 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 150 million or JPY 18.17 per share.
For the year ending March 31, 2024, the company expects net sales of JPY 31,500 million, operating profit of JPY 1,100 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 800 million or JPY 96.88 per share.
Rhythm Co Ltd, formerly Rhythm Watch Co Ltd, is a Japan-based company engaged in the clocks business, connection terminal business, precision business, and electronic business. The Company has four business segments. The Connection Terminal segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of tab terminals, taping terminals, terminal blocks and others used in automobiles, solar power generation and home appliances. The Clock segment is engaged in the provision of clocks such as wall clocks, table clocks, alarm clocks, digital clocks, equipment clocks, clock movements, universal serial bus fans and disaster prevention administrative radios. The Electronic segment is engaged in the provision of electronic manufacturing services (EMS) for electronic devices, information related devices, in-vehicle devices.
