The Board of Directors of RIAS A/S proposed that for the financial year 2022/23 dividend be distributed to the shareholders in the amount of DKK 37 per DKK 100 share of the share capital at 30 September 2023 of DKK 23,063,000, corresponding to a total proposed dividend of DKK 8,533,310.
