Richter Gedeon Vegyészeti Gyár Nyilvánosan Muködo Rt. (BUSE:RICHTER) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to HUF 40,000 million worth of its shares as part of shareholder remuneration in addition to the proposed dividend.
The program will run in accordance with improving financial results and cash generation of the company. The program will be valid for a period of 12 months.
