Rigolleau SA is an Argentina-based company principally engaged in the glass industry. The Company’s main activities include the manufacture of glass bottles and containers, through three business divisions: Glassware, Containers and Promotional Glassware. Glassware comprises dishes, glasses, goblets, bowls, pots and jars, among others; Containers offers food containers and bottles for perfumes, cosmetics, medicines and beverages; and Promotional Glassware includes glass articles decorated with the brand of other companies. As of December 31, 2012, the Company owned such subsidiaries as Amposan SA, a producer of glass ampoules and injectable medicine containers. In addition, Industrias Integrales del Vidrio SA was the Company’s majority shareholder.
