RiskOn International, Inc., formerly BitNile Metaverse, Inc., owns 100% of BitNile.com, Inc., including the BitNile.com metaverse platform (the Platform), which allows users to engage with a new social networking community and purchase both digital and physical products while playing 3D immersive games. The Platform features a dedicated gaming zone for users to engage in sweepstakes gaming. The Platform also organizes competitions for users. Its subsidiary, Agora Digital Holdings, Inc., provides digital asset mining hosting services. It also owns White River Energy Corp.
