Mutris entered into an agreement to acquire a 33% stake in Risma (CBSE : RIS) from Accor SA (ENXTPA : AC) for approximately MAD 610 million on June 26, 2023. The offer price is MAD 130 cash per share. Completion of the transaction is subject to certain regulatory approvals, with the transaction expected to close in the third quarter of 2023.
