Rizal Resources Corporation is a Canada-based mineral company, which is engaged in the exploration of precious and base metal projects with a portfolio of mineral assets, located in Philippine Island of Mindanao. The Company's T'Boli Gold Project is located approximately 40 kilometers from General Santos City in southern Mindanao, Philippines. The T’Boli Project's tenement holdings include 85 hectares mineral production sharing agreement (MPSA) 090-97-X1 and approximately 2,908 hectares application for production sharing agreement (APSA) A51-X1. The Company owns and operates the T’Boli gold project, through its national partner, TMC Tribal Mining Corporation (TMC). The Company's objective is to advance the exploration and economical development of its project.
