The company said it had net income of $1.7 million, or 1 cent per share.

The hotel real estate investment trust, based in Bethesda, Maryland, posted revenue of $319.7 million in the period, which topped Street forecasts. Five analysts surveyed by Zacks expected $316.1 million.

For the year, the company reported funds from operations of $260.4 million. Revenue was reported as $1.33 billion.

RLJ Lodging expects full-year funds from operations in the range of $1.55 to $1.75 per share.
