ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. (OTCPK:ARCW) acquired 98.4% stake in RM2 International S.A. on February 1, 2022. As per the transaction, the majority shareholders of RM2 International S.A. have exchanged their shares for newly issued shares in ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. Approximately 1.6% of RM2 International S.A. shares remain issued and outstanding among widely dispersed shareholders. Immediately preceding the combination with RM2, ARC sold all of its legacy businesses and assets to ARC Acquisition Corp. The RM2 business now constitutes the sole business of ARC.

Gering, Jake Brown, Janet Murtha, Erik Tikkanen, Samara Finckenauer, Tiffany Tsai and Berwin Cohen of Wuersch & Gering LLP acted as a legal advisor to ARC Group Worldwide, Inc. for the transaction.
RM2 International, Inc. is the owner and operator of the BLOCKPal, a technologically advanced, composite pallet. The Company provides its customers with end-to-end logistics Intelligence Optimization & Tracking (RM2 ELIoT) Internet of Things (IoT) technology for pallet traceability, delivering real-time actionable insights and data to improve the supply chain visibility to the manufacturing and distribution businesses it serves. The BLOCKPal pallets are provided to customers across a range of industries, with a particular focus on those where hygiene and traceability are of critical importance.
