Robinhood Markets (HOOD) reports the launch of a commission-free, 24-hour U.S. equity trading service in the UK, with a promise of a 5% return on uninvested cash. At present, users must register on a waiting list, but the service is expected to be immediately available from 2024.Tenev highlighted Robinhood's rapid growth in the US, with over 23 million customers, expressed optimism about Robinhood's future in the UK, and hinted at the launch of crypto-currency services in the EU in the coming weeks.
