Robot Home, Inc. (the "Company") hereby announces that, at the meeting on the August 12, 2021 the board of directors have decided on the commencement of the real estate investment market place「income club」as our new business.

We want to apply our advantage in the field of development and application of a variety of different real estate x IT products to this new business.

The expansion of the performance of this「income club」business can, together with our IoT service Residence kit introduction consultation, commissioned property management, real estate development consultation etc. synergize all the corporate business as a whole, and is expected to contribute to the improvement our medium- to long-term corporate value.
