The Management Board of ROBYG S.A. with its seat in Warsaw (the "Company") hereby announces that on 12 February 2018 it has received a notification from Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. with its seat in Warsaw according to which a fund managed by Powszechne Towarzystwo Emerytalne PZU S.A. with its seat in Warsaw., i.e. Otwarty Fundusz Emerytalny PZU "Złota Jesień" has decreased its shareholding in the Company below 5%.
