Tata Steel Mining Limited agreed to acquire remaining 10% of stake in Rohit Ferro-Tech Limited (BSE:532731) from Financial Creditors for approximately INR 200 million on June 14, 2022. The Transaction has been financed by Tata Steel Limited. The transaction is expected to close on or before June 30, 2022.
