United Media Group Nordic Ab acquired Way of Works Events AB from Intellecta AB (publ) on August 21, 2017. The agencies will continue to operate as separate companies, but with a mutual exchange of expertise, experience and resources. Way of Works Events AB had revenue of SEK 35 million. WOW will move in with UMG at their Stockholm office at Kommendörsgatan 30.
