Effective January 4, 2016, root9B Technologies Inc. appointed Michael Effinger as its Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Effinger joins the company from WebPT Inc., where he served as Chief Financial Officer since October 2014. From February 2011 until October 2014, Mr. Effinger served as the Vice President of Finance at 41st Parameter.
