Roxas Holdings, Inc. advised that Chief Executive Officer of Roxas Holdings, Inc. Mr. Hubert D. Tubio, has announced his intention to retire from his position effective October 31, 2020, which the RHI Board of Directors accepted at a meeting held. Upon the effectivity of the retirement of Mr. Tubio, the Board of Directors has designated Mr. Celso T. Dimarucut as Officer-in-Charge of the Company, including those of the Company's subsidiaries, until such time as the replacement of Mr. Tubio has been duly appointed by the Board of Directors. Mr. Dimarucut is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Finance Officer of RHI. The process of nomination and selection for a suitable candidate to the position shall be initiated, subject to the compliance with the nomination and election process for RHI's executive officers under its Manual on Corporate Governance.

(CADPI) and RHI Agri-Business Development Corporation (RABDC), which manufactures and sells raw and refined sugar, molasses and provides tolling and farm operations services.
