Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited Appoints Ng Kok Wee Charles as an Independent Director, Member of Audit Risk Management Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee

The Board of Directors of Roxy-Pacific Holdings Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Ng Kok Wee Charles as an Independent Director with effect from 29 October 2021. Following his appointment, Mr. Ng Kok Wee Charles has been appointed member of the Audit Risk Management Committee, Nominating Committee and Remuneration Committee.
