Today, KPN launches Combine & Get More for SME customers. This automatically and continuously rewards KPN EEN MKB customers who combine Internet, Fixed Telephony and Mobile Telephony. These advantages are called Combination Benefits. KPN is the first provider to reward SME business customers with extra benefits when they purchase multiple products.
Combination Benefits
KPN EEN MKB customers who combine Internet and Fixed Telephony with Mobile Telephony enjoy three benefits. They receive 5% discount on fixed subscription costs for Internet, Fixed Telephony and Mobile Telephony and a doubling of mobile data, call minutes, and SMS messages. In addition, they receive free F-Secure Computer Protection licenses, which they can use to protect their computers and laptops against, among other things, viruses and spyware.
Phased introduction
The Combination Benefits will be introduced in phases. Customers who are eligible for the benefits don't need to take any action themselves. The 5% discount and the mobile doubler are activated automatically for these customers and are visible on their invoice. KPN will contact them to activate the free F-Secure Computer Protection licenses.
KPN Complete
In 2013, KPN already successfully launched Combine & Get More for consumers and later also for Small Business customers.
