Konkan Storage Systems (Kochi) Pvt. Ltd. entered into business transfer agreement to acquire Petroleum terminal at Cochin port along with its assets/liabilities from Ruchi Infrastructure Limited (NSEI:RUCHINFRA) for approximately INR 81.1 million on August 8, 2023. The transaction is expected to close by December 31, 2023.
